Our Graduate Clinician Program is designed to provide jobs for you, recent University Grads in Therapy fields from Western Australia!
What we offer:
We’ve designed our New Graduate Clinician Program to effectively
support you through:
60+ hours disability-specific training over 6 months.
25+ hours clinical and peer supervision.
Graded progression in taking on clients.
Cross-discipline shadowing, so you can learn more areas of Therapy Supports.
We run and attend social and wellbeing events throughout the year.
We have a great team culture, with friendly, supportive Therapists to help you.
Our hubs at Osborne Park, Mandurah, Bunbury, Busselton and Manjimup provide the opportunity for you to work in various locations and transfer between these sites to accommodate your lifestyle.

Positive Behaviour Support
Starting at $94K and salary packaging of up to $18,550
Graded progression in onboarding clients over 3 months, helping you to adapt to managing a caseload
15+ hours of clinical supervision & 10+ hours peer supervision over the first 6 months
Shadowing opportunities across disciplines
$1.5K per year for external training to support PD
Relocation costs & rent subsidy available from Rural Health West
Annual increases in salary
Half a day off on your birthday

Collaborate closely with NDIS participants and their support networks, which may include healthcare professionals, agencies, families, and caregivers. This collaboration aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of an individual's requirements and establish their objectives, which we can then work with them to reach.
Offer assessments, services, and recommendations based on solid evidence, both within individuals' homes and in community settings.
Engage in teamwork with a diverse group of healthcare professionals to exchange insights and brainstorm ideas.
