Our Graduate Clinician Program is designed to provide jobs for you, recent University Grads in Therapy fields from Western Australia!
What we offer:
We’ve designed our New Graduate Clinician Program to effectively
support you through:
training
60+ hours disability-specific training over 6 months.
supervision
25+ hours clinical and peer supervision.
onboarding
Graded progression in taking on clients.
shadowing
Cross-discipline shadowing, so you can learn more areas of Therapy Supports.
events
We run and attend social and wellbeing events throughout the year.
support
We have a great team culture, with friendly, supportive Therapists to help you.
Our hubs at Osborne Park, Mandurah, Bunbury, Busselton and Manjimup provide the opportunity for you to work in various locations and transfer between these sites to accommodate your lifestyle.

This collaboration aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of an individual's requirements and establish their objectives, which we can then work with them to reach.

Offer assessments, services, and recommendations based on solid evidence, both within individuals' homes and in community settings.
