Hosting in Margaret River/Augusta

Enable WA is on the lookout for a warm and caring host family or person in the beautiful Busselton/Margaret River, Augusta region. We believe that together, we can create a supportive environment for a young man who is achieving incredible milestones in his life.

We're seeking resourceful and practical-minded families or individuals who can engage in regular respite opportunities. Your role would be to provide a welcoming space and extend a helping hand to this wonderful individual.
By offering your support, you can help him expand his connections within the community. The commitment is just one weekend per month, where you would invite this person to be a part of your everyday life. By following your normal family routines and providing safety, meals, and practical support for a 48-hour period, you'll make a significant impact on his life.

To ensure the utmost safety and care, we require individuals over 18 years old attending the Host premises to possess a current Driver's License, NDIS Worker Screen Clearance (Volunteer), Working with Children Check, and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module as a Volunteer.

Don't worry; expenses will be reimbursed, and we'll discuss the details further with the successful applicants.

If you're interested in making a positive difference and building a rewarding connection, we would love to hear from you!
