What is SDA? 🧐

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is a range of housing designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high needs. (From NDIS Australia).

Specialist Disability Accommodation is designed, funded and built specifically to help NDIS participants reach their goals of independent living.

Eligible NDIS participants may receive SDA funding through their plan for purpose-built, high quality housing that meet their specific needs.

Habilitas have been developing SDA homes for years, priding themselves on building homes that are modern, stylish and functional.

Enable WA are the chosen Supported Independent Living Providers to help you get into your own SDA home.
