Student Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)

Helping school leavers be as work-ready as possible!

There is a job out there for everybody, all you need is some support.

SLES (School Leavers Employment Support) gives you the personalised support needed to enter the workforce confident and ready to get started.

We work with participants to help them get ready for work by planning employment pathways.

How does SLES work?

We don’t believe in a ‘one-size-suits-all’ approach. Our services and supports are all personalised to your individual needs.

Supports can be delivered individually, in a group, or a combination of both. The nature and delivery of SLES depends on what the participant and their support agree on in their service agreement.

The body of funding is usually available for NDIS participants in their final year of school, or those who have recently left school.
