There is a job out there for everybody, all you need is some support.
Enable WA gives you the personalised support needed to enter the workforce confident and ready to get started.

We work with participants to help them get ready for work by planning employment pathways.

How can we help?
We don’t believe in a ‘one-size-suits-all’ approach. Our services and supports are all personalised to your individual needs.

Supports can be delivered individually, in a group, or a combination of both. The nature and delivery of Enable’s Finding and Keeping a Job supports depends on what the participant and their support agree on in their service agreement.

Every support service is tailored to the individual skills and needs of the school leaver.

Eligibility for Employment Supports
To participate in employment services, you must meet the following criteria:

Have a disability, injury or health condition

Are an Australian resident

Are an NDIS participant
